About plans and payments
What does “Lifetime” mean?+
One payment gives you every asset in the store and every kit we release afterwards, for as long as LowPolyCrate runs. Anything you've downloaded stays licensed to you for good, even if the store ever closes.
Why only 200 Lifetime seats?+
Lifetime is a founder offer to fund the next kits. Once 200 are sold it closes, and the seat counter on this page is the real number.
How does Pro billing work?+
Pro renews automatically every month or year until you cancel. Cancel in one click from your account: Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for, and you aren't charged again. Update your card and download every invoice from your account.
Pro or Lifetime?+
Pro costs less up front and you can stop any time; Lifetime is one bigger payment that never renews. If you're on Pro and buy Lifetime, your Pro renewal is cancelled for you.
Do downloads expire?+
No. Every file you download, free or paid, stays licensed to you under the LowPolyCrate Standard License, even if a subscription later ends.
I bought a single asset or kit before. What happens to it?+
Nothing changes. It stays in your library with the same license and free updates.
What if a file doesn't work?+
Tell us. If we can't fix it, you get a full refund within 14 days of purchase. See the refund policy for the details.
