Part of the Harbour Town Kit. Flat-shaded low-poly with no textures: colours are material base colours with subtle per-piece shading, so files are tiny and recolouring a whole kit is one material edit in any engine. Same scale and materials as the village and forest kits.

Waterline asset: y = 0 is the water's surface and the model reaches 0.22 m below it. In the World Builder it sits in painted water; in an engine, place it with y = 0 at your water level.
