Everything a harbour town needs: a fisherman's cottage, an inn, a lighthouse, a boathouse, a fish market and a warehouse; modular piers and a quay wall; a rowboat, a fishing boat and a sailing ship; and the clutter of a working waterfront — nets, lobster pots, anchors, bollards, buoys, crates, barrels of fish — plus sea rocks, driftwood and dune grass.
Same scale, grid and material names as the Medieval Village and Enchanted Forest kits, so all three mix in one scene and recolour together.
Waterline pieces (boats, piers, the quay wall, the buoy, sea rocks) have y = 0 at the water's surface and their hulls or piles below it. In the World Builder they sit in painted water.
Conventions: 1 unit = 1 metre, Y-up, models face +Z, pivot at the centre of the footprint on the ground (or the waterline). Modular pieces are 2.0 m long.
Includes: GLB for every asset, plus the Blender source of each one.
